1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bazi live platform and all services connected to it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and bazi live ("we", "platform").

1.1 Definitions

Platform: The bazi live website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
Member / User: Any person who operates a registered account on bazi live.
Account: A bazi live profile registered in a member's name, through which the services are used.
Services: Casino games, slots, sports betting, live casino and all activities available on the platform.
Bonus: Additional balance granted as a promotional offer, which may be used and withdrawn subject to specific conditions.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using the site, opening an account or participating in any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

bazi live reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified when changes are published, and continued use of the services after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bazi live, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older.
Be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
Be mentally and legally capable.
Not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

bazi live may request identity verification documents from any member in the interest of security and fraud prevention. Failure to provide a national ID card, birth certificate or other relevant documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bazi live support immediately. The member is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bazi live is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). Successful deposits are credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. Withdrawal methods are the same: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The account must hold sufficient verified balance at the time of making a withdrawal request.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bazi live follows strict measures to prevent money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, bazi live reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account until it has been verified. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through methods registered under the same name.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The bazi live welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.1 Bonus Terms

Each promotional offer may be claimed only once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
The minimum deposit to qualify for a bonus is ৳300.
Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
bazi live reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each offer — including the weekly bazi live reward, Friday special, cricket festival bonus and birthday gift — has its own separate conditions, which are detailed in the description of each offer. The general bonus terms also apply to all these offers.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a member of bazi live, you are required to refrain from the following activities:

Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an advantage.
Using bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming or betting activities.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
Opening an account with false or misleading information.
Conducting harmful activities on the platform's servers or network.
Coordinating with others to claim bonuses or rewards collectively ("bonus abuse").

bazi live reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances of any member found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bazi live always supports responsible gambling practices. Treat gambling as a form of entertainment and never as a solution to financial problems. Reading our responsible gaming guidelines will show you how to enjoy gaming safely and set limits.

6.1 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that their gambling habit is getting out of control, they may apply for self-exclusion. By contacting the support team via live chat or email, arrangements will be made to temporarily or permanently close the account for a set period.

6.2 Setting Limits

Members can set deposit limits, wagering limits and session time limits for themselves. Once active, reducing these limits takes effect immediately, but increasing them may take up to 72 hours to come into effect.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

8. VIP Programme and Benefits

The bazi live VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Based on the week's net losses, Bronze members receive up to 0.2% cashback, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8% and Platinum 1.0%.

8.1 VIP Tier Changes

Members can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. bazi live periodically evaluates member activity to determine tier placement. Inactivity may result in a tier change.

8.2 Cashback Calculation

The weekly cashback is the amount paid at the applicable rate on the net loss remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned subject to the applicable conditions. Bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension by bazi live

bazi live may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Court order or legal obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Participation in games or betting activities on the bazi live platform is entirely at the user's own risk. bazi live does not accept liability for any financial losses. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service can be given.

10.1 Technical Errors

If any game or transaction is interrupted due to server issues, loss of connection or technical errors, bazi live will make every effort to resolve the matter, but full compensation for losses arising from such causes may not always be possible.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the conditions of any specific promotional offer together form the entire agreement between the user and bazi live. No oral or written promise outside these Terms is binding.
